Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. The yard card rental is not confirmed until payment is rendered. Cash App ($ourcardyouryard) is also an acceptable method of payment. Client acknowledges Our Card Your Yard Greetings will cancel date if payment is not received within 24 hours and will not set up the yard card.

If inclement weather prohibits the set up, a full refund will be provided. Inclement weather includes: lightening, thunderstorms, hurricanes, tornado warnings, floods, heavy rain, and high winds.

 

 

 

Refunds will NOT be provided based on the following:
-If homeowner or business requests signs be removed.
-If wrong address is provided while booking.
-Any circumstance that prevents us from setting up the display that is out of our control (pets/animals, ant beds, trees, rocks, gates and/or gate access). We will make every attempt to contact you. If we are unable to reach you, there will be no refund. If we have to make a second attempt to deliver, there will be an extra $30 fee.

If you must cancel your reservation, 48 hours notice is required for a full refund. If you cancel 24 hours prior to setup, you can choose to receive 1/2 of your package price as a refund or you may leave the full package price as a credit for a future date, based on availability.

Our Card Your Yard Greetings reserves the right to politely decline orders that are political, controversial, disrespectful or that do not fit the celebratory nature of our business. If an order is declined, a full refund will be given.

For the safety of everyone, especially children, please do not touch or play around the display. The Client acknowledges and agrees that Our Card Your Yard Greetings is not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that is caused to any person or personal property during the set up or removal of any rental. 

Displays are not strong enough to support any weight. Please do not attach anything to any part of the display. NO BALLOONS OR STREAMERS. Please DO NOT MOVE SIGNS FOR ANY REASON. We will come and set up as well as take down the signs.

 

By accepting the terms of this agreement, client agrees to a fee of $25-$50 (depending on item) for damaged or missing yard displays.

***PLEASE NOTE: IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT THE AREA WHERE THE YARD CARD WILL BE SET UP IS WATERED FOR AT LEAST 1 HOUR THE DAY OF YOUR BOOKING PRIOR TO OUR ARRIVAL. You will receive a reminder of your appointment and this will also include the time for setup. It is not necessary for anyone to be at home or at the business during set up or take down.***
